On July 28th, 1995, during mop-up on a 120-acre brush fire in Idaho, something went terribly wrong. Two volunteer firefighters died.

On April 6th, 1999, during initial attack on a wildfire in Kentucky, something went terribly wrong. Two volunteer firefighters died.
